About us
Grandma's voice from the kitchen, recipes from Salento, the home we found in Turin.
What MoiMoi means
"MoiMoi" is Salentine dialect for "adesso adesso" โ right now, no waiting. It's what Grandma would call back from the kitchen. And that's how we bring her recipes to the table, from Salento to Turin.

Welcome to Salento
Here, you eat like you're at home. MoiMoi was born from a childhood memory and from our family's Salentine recipes โ the real ones, handed down, made by hand and given their time. We brought them from Salento and set them on the table in Turin, changing nothing. Because, as we say back home: the meat is weak, but the ricotta is strong.
What you'll find
Orecchiette, friselle, pasticciotti, fava bean purรฉe with chicory, rustici and calzoni. Fresh products made every day. Nothing fancy โ just the taste of home, the way Grandma made it.
